Impress all your guests with this Ant-Man and the Wasp inspired milkshake featuring a red velvet cake mix cookie sandwich.
Pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and scoop out onto cookie sheet. I did 6 larger spoonfuls for each batch.
Bake for 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack or plate.
Cream together the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add in powdered sugar slowly. Once it's all combined add in the vanilla and beat for a few more minutes.
Take two cookies that are close to the same size. Frost one with the cream cheese frosting and place the second cookie on top. Roll them in the mini chocolate chips.
Black, gold and silver sprinkles
Spread a little of the left over frosting on the rim of the glass and sprinkle with black, gold and silver sprinkles. Lightly push the sprinkles in the frosting to help them stick.
Right before pouring in your milkshake add some chocolate syrup to the inside of the glass.
Using a blender mix together the ice cream and milk for a minute or two. Add in malted milk, if using and blend a little bit more.
Take your prepared glass and carefully pour the milkshake into the glass. Top with whipped cream and some sprinkles. Carefully take a straw and stick it through one of your red velvet sandwich cookies. Add your cookied straw to your milkshake.
* Make it a boozy milkshake by adding whipped vodka or Baileys Irish Cream
